Mustang Valley Water has had to move into Drought Contingency Plan Stage 1. The plan is detailed in our Tariff Section H. (Link is below.) Familiarize yourself also with Stage 2, as it is probably coming soon.

Stage 1 means our water consumption has reached 80 percent of daily maximum water production for at least 3 days. On some of our wells, it has exceeded 90 percent. Yes! 90 percent. Please water outside only on alternate days in limited amounts. Lessen water evaporation by keeping water low and slow in the cool of the night or in the early morning. Your help is appreciated and necessary.
